Identify customer issues referring to troubleshooting guide. 4. Follow R&D's instructions to collect information and logs (eq. Wi-Fi sniffer, FW logs) for investigation. 5. Cooperate with company operations, including attending exhibitions, product demonstrations, issue clarification, and reference board training. 6. Write user guide for customer reference and record the debug experiences. 7. Cooperate with R&D teams in Taiwan, China, and India.职缺需求
