Locate in San Jose, California, US. (Legal work and tax-reporting status in US) 1. Serve as a technical bridge between customers and the Airoha engineering team. Design, modify, and test customized features for embedded system devices equipped with Airoha Bluetooth SoC chips (e.g., Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth tags) based on customer requirements. 2. Provide technical support and consultation to customers, respond to feedback, reproduce and resolve customer-reported issues, deliver technical training, and prepare technical documents and application examples. 3. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, CPM teams to drive project execution. 4. Support customers throughout product development, testing, and mass production stages—remotely or on-site (customer site/factory). Collect relevant data, perform preliminary analysis and classification, and work with internal teams to resolve issues.职缺需求
